The Control Room at Baker
Productions Recording Studios is configured around a 56 channel
Mackie Recording Console, an Alesis HD24 Hard Disk Recorder and 32
Tracks of Alesis ADAT recorders. Interconnected to the system
software is Pro Tools, Nuendo, Waves, Cakewalk, Finale, PowerTracks
Pro, SoundForge, Vegas Pro, and Sonic Foundry ACID.
This View is of the Control Room
Equipment Rack which houses all of the outboard effects units, the
HD24,ADAT machines and the Patchbay. Visible just at the top of the
picture is a Fostex 16 track Analog Reel to Reel Recorder that we
still use from time to time.
This is the view from just right
of the console looking into the Main Room. Visible above the glass
is the 4 video monitors and JBL Studio Monitors. Video cameras are
positioned in the studio if you would like to have your recording
session on video.
This is the seating area just in
front of the glass and video monitors. When you are seated in this
area you can see everything in the Main Room and Booths.
